What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 24 bottles, available in any range.

We accept secure online payments via PayFast.

We currently deliver across Pretoria, Midrand, Johannesburg and the East Rand with plans to expand across Gauteng. If we don’t cover your area yet, get in touch and we’ll notify you once we do.

Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours from payment (excluding weekends).

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and reliably. If you have a preferred time, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on courier availability. All deliveries are free of charge and included in our pricing bundles.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If access codes or special arrangements are needed, kindly share them with us to ensure a smooth, on-time delivery.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the product. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

Yes – our delivery partners send notifications so you can track your order and ensure you’re available to receive it.

Our depot is primarily for managing deliveries, as we focus on convenience and service. However, if you’re a business and would like to collect directly from our Pretoria depot, please contact us by email or phone so we can assist with your request.

Regular testing guarantees that our water remains safe, crisp, and refreshing.

Yes, we provide branded water solutions for customers who place monthly ongoing orders. Please note that we do not offer branded bottles for once-off events such as baby showers or kitchen teas.
