These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alpha Waters website and the purchase of products or subscription services offered through it. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information
   This website is owned and operated by  TEQAFRICA GROUP (Pty) Ltd , a company incorporated in South Africa with registration number 2014/134942/07 and registered address 249 Annette van Zyl St, Garsfontein, Pretoria (“Alpha Waters”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Products and Services
   • Alpha Waters supplies bottled water (still and sparkling) to households and businesses.
   • Products are available for once-off purchases or subscription-based delivery.
   • From time to time, Alpha Waters may expand its product range
3. Subscriptions
   • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
   • A minimum subscription period may apply to certain subscriptions (e.g. “3 months minimum commitment”). This will be clearly stated in the subscription details.
   • After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Payments
   • Payments are processed securely through PayFast (credit and debit card). Alpha Waters does not store or process payment card details.
   • By subscribing, you authorise Alpha Waters to debit your card automatically each month until cancellation.
   • If a payment fails, Alpha Waters reserves the right to suspend deliveries until payment is received.
   • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. Instead, credits may be issued at our discretion for missed or incorrect deliveries.
5. Deliveries
   • Alpha Waters currently delivers within Gauteng and Tshwane. Orders placed outside these areas may not be fulfilled until delivery routes expand.
   • Delivery is free within current service areas.
   • If you are unavailable at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, we will attempt one redelivery at no cost. Thereafter, additional delivery attempts may incur a fee.
   • Title and risk in the products pass to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
   • Alpha Waters will replace or credit any damaged or defective products reported within 5 Days of delivery.
   • Returns are subject to inspection. Credits or replacements will be issued at Alpha Waters’ discretion.
   • Refunds will generally be issued as credits to your Alpha Waters account unless otherwise agreed.

7. Promotions & Free Samples
   • Promotions and special offers (including surveys, free samples, and discounts) are subject to availability and may carry additional terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.
   • Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one per household or business.
   • Alpha Waters reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Alpha Waters and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
   • Alpha Waters is committed to delivering bottled water of the highest quality and safety standards. Every bottle is prepared and handled with utmost care, using advanced filtration and quality control processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
   • While we take every reasonable precaution to guarantee quality, Alpha Waters cannot be held liable for any health conditions allegedly arising from the consumption of our products, except where such liability is required under South African law.
   • Alpha Waters is not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or inability to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, load-shedding, extreme weather, or transport disruptions).
   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Waters’ liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction in Gauteng
